| Finally I went to the main branch of BOA. I see staff A for who last time did not call me back after her promise. I have incurred a loss of US$155. After considering it, BOA pays me US$25 if I can't get the money back from my apartment with the apology letter. Of course, the staff says a lot of rubbish reason for compensating US$25.
Later I can't get any money back so I send an email to staff A for giving me $25.
As I have no response for more than one week, I send an email again.

I have been out of the office for two weeks, and we do not have access to our email outside of work. I will get the $25 into your account today. You will see the credit at midnight tonight. Sorry for your loss.

My thinking: Excellent. When I send an email again, then you are in the office. So if I do not send the email, you will be out of office forever. Her calculation is excellent too. At the day when I approach her until I send the second email to her, it has been two weeks. Is it a coincide?

Now is 11:00 pm, I do not see anything in my bank account.
I originally want to end if I receive the 25 dollar. However, the process is such lengthy. Really want to complain BOA by writing a letter to the Federal Reserve =.=

| Working in the US is really really good. They can make so many mistakes with so high wages. Bank of America is a big bank with such a poor quality of service. In fact, most of the services in the US are of low efficiency and poor quality unless you are expected to give tips. For the case that you need to give a tip, their services are generally better so that you will give more tips to them.
Living in the US may not be that good. Public transport is very poor and quality of service is poor. However, the place here is much larger than that in Hong Kong. Most people here in Austin are very nice. Even though the working staff make stupid mistakes and of low efficiency, I would generally regard them as nice people if I can forget the mistakes they have made.
Here are the mistakes listed: 1. the bank staff misread my cheque account number and cause me so much troubles 2. I can receive the debit card for BOA. But 4 of my friends can't receive the debit card as BOA mails them to the wrong address. 3. The finance manager makes wrong entry to the computer for charging me my rent. It is me who finally discover that. 4. When we apply for apartment "University common", the apartment can ignore our emails when I finish all the applications. But some people apply later than me can have rented the apartment. 5. When I ask some questions to the apartment Longhorn landing which I am going to sign the contract, they can ignore my emails for one month.
